The Tribal Public Health Conference 2023 will be hosted by the Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, Oklahoma on April 11–13, 2023. Our conference committee is planning a jam-packed event with well-respected keynotes, networking opportunities, exciting cultural events, and a few thoughtful surprises.

Process and Payment – Online

Each registration for the Tribal Public Health Conference includes full access to all scheduled conference content, activities, and sessions during April 11 – 13, 2023. The Southern Plains Tribal Health Board (SPTHB) uses an online registration process and will process payments for registration fees online as well. Using our online registration is the quickest and easiest transaction method. Once you complete the purchase of your online registration, the purchase and rate are final and will not be adjusted later. Upon payment, please confirm the displayed price is what you expect and respond to all questions in the registration form to ensure your conference registration is complete. You will receive a confirmation email once you are registered. SPTHB will not invoice for registration.

Process and Payment – Pay By Check

SPTHB will accept mailed checks for conference registration fees. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH OR FAX COPIES OF CHECKS FOR REGISTRATION. SPTHB will not invoice for registration and Purchase Orders will not be accepted as a registration payment. Respond to all questions in the registration form (download form below) to ensure your conference registration is complete. Attendee Participation/Recording Policy

By registering to attend the Tribal Public Health Conference 2023 (TPHC2023), you are granting TPHC2023 organizers permission to record your image, voice, comments, and questions during sessions which will be visible to the public and may be published online and through social media.

Additionally, it is important to recognize that many of the words, images, sounds, objects, and technologies presented at the TPHC2023 are protected by copyrights or trademarks. They are owned by the people who created them. Please respect their intellectual-property rights by refraining from making recordings from your device or taking screen shots. If you are interested in the content, feel free to reach out to the contributor or contact us at tphconference.org/contact-faq after the event for further info.

Finally, TPHC2023 is an open and accepting environment, whether in-person or online, and we ask that participants operate within our virtual space with dignity and respect for all who have come to learn, grow, and be a part of our conference.

Cancellation Policy

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I also agree to the cancellation policy which states that no refund will be issued upon cancellation of your registration for the Tribal Public Health Conference. Substitutions are permitted. No exceptions. Any questions can be sent to tphcinfo@spthb.org.
